Sometimes my mother likes to leave me for long periods of time.  This would be okay, except that I miss her terribly when she goes.  Then she comes home and I am so upset that I can't help but grunt at her.  I wish I could go with her everywhere she goes, especially if she goes to Florida to visit that Austin guy while he's down there.  He hasn't taken me on a hop in far too long.  I also heard that Matthew Oetken will most likely be there, we are besties and I'd love to actually meet him in person.  He would never want to cook me in a stew, that's why I like him so much!! 

Meet my archnemisis...

Meet Pongo.  He's this thing I believe they call a dog, which my mommy tends to refer to as "cute little nuggets." She's a little crazy sometimes, but I love her anyways.  That's besides the point.  She recently went to Texas, some place where I'm not allowed to go because I may end up in a smoker.  Every time she comes back, I hear her talking to Austin and going on and on about this Pongo fellow, beggin strips, and goodies.  What the heck are beggin strips anyways? I get that he's a "cute little nugget" but has she forgotten me!?!?

Look how cute we were back when I was the only furry friend in her life!  I hope to never meet this Pongo, or I'll have to give him a strict talking to.   How dare he steal part of my mommy's love.  HRUMPH. 

Ooofdah!

Sometimes I get a little too excited when I'm bouncing around outside, then I get sooo sleepy I don't even notice my mommy taking pictures of me. BUT at least I'm smart enough to keep my ears up to listen for predators.  You never know where they might be lurking.  There might be one under my penthouse while I'm taking this nap, you just never know!

Happy Game Day!

I'm finally learning new tricks!

This weekend I was outside playing while my mommy was in the midst of some marathon study session.  Usually I just stay on the top part of the patio because then I don't get lost, but I decided I'd really adventure this time.  After much deliberation, I decided to try out the steps to the lower garden, AND THEN I GOT CAUGHT! This was my first time going down steps all by myself, while very proud of me, my mommy is also afraid I might get lost or eaten in the wild and she isn't all that happy about me learning these new tricks (stairs).  Maybe I'll try and go up these other steps next time, THAT would be an adventure!
